Hello,
I would recommend starting by running Piriform's CCleaner. It is a program that will remove unnecessary files from your computer.
You can download it here:
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download/standard
Please tell CCleaner to intelligently scan for cookies (this will be a prompt that appears the first time you run it).
Please carefully review the checked entries for the browsers as CCleaner is set by default to delete all browsing history, saved form information .. etc. If you wish to not have CCleaner remove any piece of data just uncheck the box.
It is a great program and I run it on my computer regularly.
