Itunes WILL NOT connect to the store,

I have not been able to connect to the itunes store for months now and after trying everything possible i reset my laptop back to factory setting (for others reasons as well) and after downloading everything and starting a fresh and going over some solutions for the error it still will not work! HELP ME PLEASE im stressing so badly.
