Gta4 car runs automatilly

Hello,

The car is automatically runs, throw out the smoak and become unstable. when i passes through roman's house and when im trying to stay away from his house it become unstable after some time . is there any problem or some sort of virus in the game.
i've reinstalled my game 4 times and even reinstalled my windows. i've done all above mentioned, but the problem does not fixes

plz give any targative suggestion
