PC not powering on after 8500gt graphics card

Hi i had a 8500GT 512mb pci-express 128bit card . when i plug the card into my pci-e slot my pc just want power up. if i remove it my pc 100%. i try it on my other pc aswell nothing.. card does the same thing. pls help!!!!!

Two PC's + same problem = defective graphics card.
