Computer shutdown while playing games

Hello,
hey guys my CPU turns off automatically while playing games, I have no idea where this problem come from, power supply and graphic card heat is normal. I tried even wiped off the dust of all component of the CPU. configuration,
intel pentium 4
ATI 256 graphic card with 9600 series
ram ddr 768
motherboard micro star ms-7071
One dvd combo
One dvd writer
400A power supply replaced with model: ATX-C350A
processor 2.67
2 cooling fan
80gb hard disk (hitachi scsi drive)

please help me out of this problem at your earliest possible

While playing games, the load on the processor would be high, that when its overloaded, it adopts for a system restart or shut down.

Try playing small games which have less impact / load on the processor and see if again the system is being restarted in this case also.

If it is, then there's a problem with your operating system.
If not, the problem may be with the processor.
