Hotmail Account Has Been Blocked

Hello,
My Hotmail account has been blocked because it was hacked yesterday and spam sent to all my contacts.
I've reset my password and when I log back in I'm taken through the steps to verify I'm the owner. This step sends a verification code to my alternate email. unfortunately my alternate email is out of date and was a company email which I no longer have access to and the company no longer exists.
I pay for my Hotmail, my automatic subscription is due to renew next month. I can't seem to get any further with unblocking my account. every time I sign on I land on the unlocking steps page.
Can someone suggest what I can do to get my account unblocked please?

Hello,
Try this 1
Go to www.hotmail.com --> Click on "Can't access your account?" --> Select
"I forgot my password" --> Click on "Reset your password" --> Enter your
blocked hotmail ID --> Enter the given Captcha --> Select "Customer support" -->
Then below that you will be getting an option "Customer support", click on it -->
Enter your working E-mail ID and follow the instructions.
Note : No Need of filling "Billing Information"
