Hello,
Try this 1.
If your Laptop is switched ON but failed to get display in the monitor then remove
the RAM from the slot and place it back properly or try another slot.

2 I didn't buy new RAM I just tried allocating more RAM to minecraft and now it won't turn on

Try this 1
Try removing the RAM that you have in your laptop and place it back properly.
