Hey - created a speadsheet - has 13 sheets. A "Master" and one for each "month" of the year. Master containes rows of information: Unit numbers, date accepted and first inspection date. Jan - Dec are the other rows. I used the formula (= cell+45) for each unit to indicate its next inspection. Each cell under the months is formated as a date (01 Jun 12).

I have at least 90 Units on the master. The other 12 pages (Jan - Dec) are to list the units requiring inspection on that month - then given to the mechanic to inspect. So I've been copying the information from the master to each respective month - takes too much time.

Is there a formula that I can use on each "month" page to automatically insert those unit unmbers according to the month. Example is below

123456 10 Jul 12 24 Aug 12 8 Oct 12 22 Nov 12
789131 12 Jul 12 26 Aug 12 10 Oct 12 24 Nov 12
125487 19 Jul 12 02 Sep 12 17 Oct 12 01 Dec 12

Each of those dates are 45 days from the laste (formula). Am I able to automatically copy the unit numbers that correspond to eac month on a seperate sheet?

Is it possible for you to upload your file to a filesharing site like www.speedyshare.com, to get a better picture of your query?

Please upload your file with the .xls extention, since I'm still using Excel '03.
