Hp dv4 black screen

Hello,
can anyone help me? the problem is i open my laptop then it all turns to blue and it says that my laptop had been damage for the first time, theres also an option to press f8 to click the safe mode but when i press it, it did not work, then it all turns to black. the power and caps lock are blinking. how can i fix it? pls help me! i need to fix it very soon! help pls!
