Pickup data from another field in exel

now i am in truble pls help me

i have filterd exel data but it is old and i want replaced with another datar exel sheet

like this,

item description cost sellingprice
almarai freshmilk .50 1
nadec freshmilk .75 1.50


above is orginal data but i want pick up cost and selling price below datafield

almarai loanglife milk .50 1.50
alma ri freshmilk .75 2
almarai freshmilk 100 ml .75 2.50

anybody to helpme?....
