<I had purchased a licensed version of Quick Heal Antivirus Pro 2012 1-2 months bk. It was running well till a week bk suddenly 'E-mail', 'Firewall' and 'Browsing' these 3 protections are showing 'X' sign beside them rather than s tick sign....thus i am not protected now from some of the cyber attacks. Also often i am getting a message popped up "Mail protection service has encountered a problem...needs to close". Also while i am manually turning the e-mail protection 'on' it is again turning off.
It would be great if anybody can help me in this regard.

A simple way to solve the issue is to completely uninstall Quickheal and reinstall it.
