Blocked hotmail account

Hello, my account blocked and did all needed and no result from hotmail help .
also they send the reset link to account i don t use since ages , can you help me, please.

The only way Hotmail has to ensure that your are the legitimate account owner is to send the code to the address you gave them. Since you cannot access your account to change the address, you are marooned up the stream without an oar and you goose is cooked.
