Stuck with accessing iTunes Store message

hi,ive reloaded my iTunes,reset my ipod,everytime i plug my ipod touch to my pc it says "accessing iTunes Store" on my iTunes but it doesnt do that,ive held the home & off button in on my ipod all that does is take me to Summary on my iTunes,i restore my ipod on the iTunes and then again back to the same problem of accessing iTunes store but nothing happens....PLEASE HELP!!!!

HI JACK4RALL, I DONT HAVE AN APPLE ID AND IF POSSIBLE I DONT WANT ONE EITHER, HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT WITHOUT USING APPLE ID.

I DO HAVE INTERNET ACCESS, THE MERE FACT THAT I AM ABLE TO USE THIS MEANS OF FINDING OUT INFORMATION PROVES THAT THE INTERNET IS WORKING, IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE YOU HAVE IN MIND FOR ME TO FOLLOW, AT THIS POINT ANY AND ALL ADVICE WILL BE WELCOME

LOL for some reason my pc was stuck in capital letters, ha ha ha thank you for your advice, i will try it and get back to you, (no longer yelling) ha ha ha

what if i try to load this autoruns for windows but when i load i select downlaod the internet kicks me off. im using my work pc.

Hello,
Try this 1
First try the below instructions and let me know about it
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter. "Command Prompt" will be opened.
Now enter the below command
netsh winsock reset --> Press Enter
Note : You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and paste it.
Restart your Computer

hi i ran the above instructions you gave me and i restarted my pc but when i plug my ipod touch in, iTunes still says "accessing iTunes Store" but doesnt do it at all, ive held my home and off button in on my ipod touch as well and restored it again on iTunes but still all i get is "accessing iTunes Store"
