Such mobile phones don't need any anti virus software in reality. It may be vulnerable to viruses but these specific viruses will never be affecting the mobile phone's OS. The specific viruses in form of .exe files and programs are only able to affect computers.
Yet, it may occupy lots of space on the memory of your phone but no matter what you won't be able to delete them because they are hidden and also in read only format.
What may be done for such troubles is having a Java File Explorer installed. This actually helps you to see hidden files and hence you will be able to remove those which are read only.
