Task mangr has bn disabld by the administratr Closed

Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 534.7
Im very new to this group. and recently there's a problem arised in my computer that Im not able to use my task manager. When Im pressing alt+ctrl+del it says "Task manager has been disabled by the administrator". Can anybody please help me out of this? I will be gratefull

How big is the file "zhpdiag" ??? I have put this on download. It has downloaded 3.54 mb of data so far, but its not showing how much is the file size or how much is left from now on or how long will it take further... Can you kindly tell me how much is the file size?

I have downloaded the file "zhpdiag" and done the scan too. now am into the process of sharing the file on speedyshare. but the file is not getting uploaded in speedyshare. its still resting on 0% for the last 10 mins... what to do? can you please tell me?
