My PC shuts down when playing games

Hello,
My PC shuts off after like 30mins of playing games, i only play mine craft or second life and it has been doing this for like 2 months, every time i get kicked off and have to completely start PC again, please help.

This sounds like an overheating problem with the CPU or video chip.
