i have dell inspiron 1525 laptop,,but main problem is the baterry it shows plugged in but not charging.i have tried many ideas to recure it but all in vain.sir plz i cant afford a new battery so plz suggest me solution .....

Try whether installing made a problem , or check the charger. Did you drop the battery?
