hi,
it may be that you have downloaded several things at the same time.
it may be that it is overloaded.
or iy may also be due to a virus (not so probable), run an updated anti-virus to remove it.
switch it off by holding the power button inside for about 5 seconds.
and then switch on after some while.

It's a virus no doubt about it check your task manager for any unusual big processes... this may be the virus.
