Do you have access to the VPN server? the chances are the time is wrong on the server or it is in a different time zone, Im no expert on this but i have a feeling your picking up the time fom the vpn's time server service.

Yes,you may true that,my system is picking time from VPN server,but the issue is facing by me only.Some other people from my team are also using the same VPN site,their systems shows the time proeprly.Then why the issue with me only.
Sooner response would be greatly appreciated...
