Dear question mark,
Your phone is a Chineese phone which has limitations, it's not a smart phone.
I don't know which programme your are trying to download.
The mtk was primarely manufactured to cheaply enable you to call your parents or wife in case you would be late coming home.
You might be able to install some address book programmes but not all that you download.
Count yourself lucky if you have a pc suite.
