Yes this might be a conflict in between your software so what i would advise you is to remove Mozilla and to install another Internet Browser like internet explorer or opera. Then you can try to see if it was due to this but i dioubt that this was the mistake.
You might have got a virus in the meantime while downloading the Mozilla browser. did you go on Firefox's website?
