voice notes- Attachment unavailable Closed

Question

Hello, 

I always send voice notes on messenger but tonight I can’t send or receive them without the message ‘attachment unavailable, this attachment may have been removed or the person who shared it may not have permission to share it’ but it’s my own voice that I’m sending ?? I can’t find any help on this at all! 
I have uninstalled the app, switched my phone off, updated my iPhone and everything ! 
When I send the voice not the person can listen to it but I can’t open theirs I’m so confused and angry! Please help

I'm having the same issue and finding NOTHING to help resolve this. I too, use this feature constantly with work and personal communications. So irritating!

Hi,

As many users are facing the same problem with Facebook Messenger, this could be a general bug that should be fixed in the next few days.

Check regularly if a new update for Facebook Messenger is available and install it.
