Click on start / Run and type the following System File Checker command :
If the msi.dll file is an officiel Microsoft DLL, this tool will restore it with the appropriate version.
Otherwise, you might download it from a third-party website like https://www.dll4free.com/msi.dll.html (it's more risky), copy it to C:\WINDOWS\System32 and issue the following command to install this DLL through the registry :
sfc /scannow
If the msi.dll file is an officiel Microsoft DLL, this tool will restore it with the appropriate version.
