Hi sanju.87072,
Try formatting the USB pen drive using the disk management utility in Windows. To do so, plug your USB pen drive, right click the Computer/My Computer icon on the Desktop and select Manage. From Computer Management on the left side select Disk Management under Storage. Right click the graphical image of the pen drive in the bottom middle of the screen, select Format. It should format now.
