Hi Mistycarr,
As described by you, the computer's configuration is good for playing online flash games. This problem could happen owing to the following reasons:
1. Graphics card drivers issue: Uninstall the Graphics Card Driver completely and then download and update the AMD Radeon Driver from AMD website as this will be the most updated driver :
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Pages/radeonaiw_vista64.aspx
2. Adobe Flash Player issue: Uninstall the Adobe Flash Player from Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall a Program. After the uninstall is complete, download Adobe Flash Player from the following link and install:
https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/4613-adobe-flash-player/
3. Hardware acceleration is enabled for flash player: Open the game interface, right click anywhere in the game, select Settings, click the small icon for Display in the bottom left, uncheck the Enable hardware acceleration.
Try the above fix and see if this helps.
