Hello,
How do I merge two partitions after have removed the drive letter thanks.?

You can download a free copy of EaseUS Partition Master. Just Google the name for a download location.

Usually it is risky to merge partitions technically. It is better that you move data to another drive and empty one partition, and then delete the empty partition, and then extend the other partition by redistributing space.
