Sorry got called away select both colums and sort & filter, I don't know if that will sort your info out you mayhave to start again. Hope I am right Pommy Pete

Hi Angie,
Just copy a single cell. Right-click on a cell which you would like to move and select "Insert copied cells". Excel will then ask you to move cells up or down. Choose wisely and your columns should line up again.
