Hi vinod51,
Follow the steps below to transfer files from you Samsung S-II to your laptop.
1. Open "Applications"
2. Open "Settings"
3. Open "More..."
4. Select "USB Utilities"
5. Select "Connect Storage to PC"
6. It will ask you to connect using USB cable to your computer.
7. Connect the USB cable to the computer and then to the phone.
8. Next open "Turn On USB Storage"
9. Select "OK".
10. Samsung S-II will appear as a removable storage in Windows Explorer.
