Hello,
I got a problem with my galaxy tab , I use to set pin password to unlock but my little brother change it to lock , after several time trying to open it they ask me to enter email and password ! I tryed all my accounts but not valid ,, what to do now ??

I would love to help you, but you must be able prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. How do we know that you have not stolen the phone?
