Internet not working (Windows 7)

Hello,
So I have a Windows 7 computer, and my internet runs at half-efficiency or not at all. The thing is, the other 2 computers in my house have internet that works fine, but it's just my computer that's going on-off. Can I have any help with this? I don't really know what to do.
