Hello, my computer has benn experience this problem and i think the problem is overheating,how should i post my temperatures to let you check them?Any other ideas what is causing this? fps drop laggy computer and laggy game on every game

To avoid overheating try these steps:

1. Stop Overclocking your CPU
2. Make sure your Heat Sink is placed properly above the processor
3. Clean the Processor fan, Heat Sink and other peripherals
4. Use High Speed fans
5. Use proper ventilation in your room

Also try these steps:

1. Update the graphics that control your PC
2. Remove unwanted programs
3. Stop unwanted services
4. Fix registry errors

If problem still occurs then use a PC optimization software like Intel Software Partner for complete PC optimization.

What do i use to clean...Getting a compressed air can is hard here and it is expensive? any good alternative?
