My computer is having issues with zooming out.

So, I was playing SWTOR (Star wars the old republic) and my computer shut down for it's monthly updates without giving me any warning.
So, it closed everything, and shut down.
When it started back up, my desktop was zoomed in (The kind of zoomed in that comes while a game is still open, but you've just exited out for a second) thinking this would sort it out with a simple restart, I restarted it. This had no effect what-so-ever so thinking that it was only my desktop, I opened Chrome, this was zoomed in as well.
So now after al this, I'm here!
I need some help!
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Grimm23,

I appreciate your troubleshooting. As this started happening after the Windows Update was installed, if you restore the Windows to an earlier date this might fix the problem:
