please go the following website: https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy
download the program speccy and allow it to analyse your computer.
then on the left select "RAM" which will tell you what you currently have installed in your computer (eg DDR2 400 etc).
this is what you'll need.

I can't tell. Does you MB have a part number? Something like "FRU PN 49P1599 " ?
