Suddenly unable to send emails from either of my two computers for two days now (Outlook 10). Sitting in my outbox and cannot get them to move. Same problem when I try windows live mail - "Conection to server has failed".
Does this seem to be a server problem?
How can I find out if it is or isn't?
Have you try start outlook in safe mode?

If your message has stuck in Outbox then you have to clear it with some steps or check whether your server is offline or not and also check that whether you have changed the password of your Internet mail account or not as if you have changed the password then you have to change the Outlook password.
