MY Cd drive does not work!!

My cd drive is detected in bios but when ever I insert a disk into it ! it gives me a message "How do you want to write this disk?". the message is same for any dvd i insert into it.
just dont know the solution... hope anyone can provide me the good solution for it

Clean the lens of cd drive and try . may be it works
