Hi,
I can try finding the drivers for your webcam. Please reply with the the Device Instance ID of the webcam. To get the Device Instance ID of the webcam:
1. Right click Computer icon on Desktop.
2. Select Manage.
3. Select Device Manager under Computer Management from the left pane.
4. Then expand the "Imaging devices" from right pane.
5. If the webcam is not listed under "Imaging devices" try looking under "Universal Serial Bus controllers"
6. Right click the Device listed.
7. Click Properties.
8. Go to the Details tab, and then select Device Instance Id from the drop down list.
9. This will get you the Device Instance ID for the Webcam
10. Make a note of this Device Instance ID.
Please do write back to us.
