Hi Lovecraft_jp,
I tried looking for a way to read only one paragraph but there wasn't any method I could find. However, I use "Start reading Pause/Resume" feature which you might find useful for reading one paragraph only. I use the below mentioned shortcuts for this:
Read a particular page: CTRL + SHIFT + V
Start reading Pause/Resume: CTRL +SHIFT + B
Kindly get back if there are any further queries.
