pls help me..i cant install my itunes why??

{Service 'Apple Mobile Device'(Apple Mobile Device)failed to start.Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services.} appear on my pc.

i using window 7, 400GB, 64bit

Ok right Itunes is on Your Apple Divice Fo Iphones/Ipads/Ipod Touch It should be There if not go to a Apple store and Ask for Help
