ITunes Unknown error 0x800B0101

Hello,

I am having a mere with iTunes on my old pc. I don't use it very often but just bought a iPod shuffle. I load up my PC but I am unable to do any thing with iTunes. If I try and log in I get an error code. Unknown error 0x800B0101.
If I try and home share I get error -2146762495
I have no clue what these mean and this stupid old windows based piece of rubbish is not working. All I want is my music on my shuffle

Any help would be greatly welcomed

Figured it out in the end. For what ever reason my computer doesn't sync time when it's connected to the net. Canted date and time and I was away
