Hello,
i have a old gatway labtop that i want to fatory reset i did the alt f8 stuff it worked all the way to the repair page then it ask for user name n password which i though was the same as my login pass but i guess its not if u could plz walk me trhu any help would be very helpful

Just curiousity, what happens when you type in:

Username: Administrator
Password:

(No Password Typed) and try to Log-in.
