Try this 1
Reinstall the application. You can download it from the manufacture's website.
Click on the below link and follow the instructions
https://www.sony.co.in/electronics/support/personal-computers
Click on "Downloads" --> Make sure "Computer & Peripherals" is selected under
Category and "VAIO Laptop & Computer" in Sub Category. Now in Series,
Select E-Series (VPCE) from the list --> Select the model "VPCEG28FN" from the
list --> Click on "Take me to this model page" button.
Select the "Operating System" from the drop-down menu and download the
application.

thank you for your immediate response, but i tried this already still i didnt help me to solve the issue. pls suggest some other solution.

Let me know the error message you are getting when trying to install or open it. Also let me know your operating system.

there is no error message or any response thats the problem. i couldn't access smart network at all, but whenever i try to open system asks for administrator permission to launch this is unusual for me. usually no other program asks such permission

Try this 1
Click on the below hyperlink "VAIO Smart Network". You can find the basic information. Just follow the instruction with the file that you have downloaded for your model.
VAIO Smart Network
Try installing the application as administrator. Right-click on the setup file --> Select the option
"Run as administrator".
