Hi kams,
I can try finding the Drivers for your "creative NX ultraera CS431" if you can provide me the "Device Instance ID" of "creative NX ultraera CS431". To get the Device Instance ID:
1. Connect the Webcam to the computer.
2. Right click the Computer icon on the Desktop.
3. Select Manage.
4. Select Device Manager under Computer Management from the left pane.
5. Then expand the "Imaging devices" from right pane.
6. Right click the Device listed.
7. Click Properties.
8. Go to the Details tab, and then select Device Instance Id from the drop down list.
9. Make a note of this Device Instance ID.
Please do write back to us.
