Hello,
No DDR2 and 3 cannot be used on a DDR motherboard, even the prongs are different.
DDR memory stick are getting harder to find but they are still manufactured. They can most often be found in repair shops.

someone sayed to me that the place not is compatible because my pc supports only AGP not DDR2 DDR2 etc or i'm wrong

As I said, DDR only refers to RAM slots there is not relation at all with graphic cards.

ah ok but my slot is AGP not pci express and can i put there DDR2 DDR3 GDDR5 graphics card like 1gb 2gb and others
