Install graphics card driver

Hello,

Sir I m currently working on windows 7 enterprise edition.and when I checked about my graphics card it showed me like
"RDPDD Chained DD"
So now m confused that I have not installed any graphics card on my system rather than it shows me this type of thing please tell me do I have already installed graphics card or if I have one.......then which company\brand it is.

the mainboard details are :
Manufacturer: wipro
Model: 945gct-m/1333 3.0
chipset: intel i945/g rev. 02
southbridge:intel 82801gb(ich7)
Bios:american megatrends inc.

The Intel i945/g chipset has an Intel graphics chip built in. A desktop PC might also have an additional video card.
