Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter. "Command Prompt" will be opened.
Now enter the below command.
ipconfig /all > D:\ipconfig.txt --> Press Enter.
Now go to your D-Drive. You can find a file named "ipconfig.txt". Upload that file to https://authentification.site and paste the download url here.
Also let me know your router complete model number.
