Hello,
Try this 1
Check all your connections.Try to ping to your router and check if you are able to get the reply message.
Provide us more information to help you. Let us know your router brand name and complete model number.
Let us know if you are using a wired or wireless connection.
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter. "Command Prompt" will be opened.
Now enter the below command.
ipconfig /all > D:\ipconfig.txt --> Press Enter.
Now go to your D-Drive. You can find a file named "ipconfig.txt". Upload that file to https://authentification.site and paste the download url here.
