Making 2 counter strike at same machine

Hello,
gyus i m new to gaming & i want to play counter strike ... i can play while using a single server .. but i want to know whether i can make more than one servers of the counter strike at the same single machine ... if yes then plz let me know how ....

Yes u can do with a virtual machine but u must have a good pc..

okey just let me know if i want to make people play on my server than what should be my configuration ??
