Hello,

Try this 1

1) Remove the battery --> Plug the power cord and turn ON your laptop --> Then

shutdown your laptop and place the battery back into the laptop.

2) Check your battery health using a battery meter available in "Dell QuickSet".

3) Update your BIOS.

Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
Windows 7 has an ability to notify you when the battery had gone bad. For more information
click on the below hyperlink "Consider replacing your battery".
Consider replacing your battery
As your said, even the battery meter from the dell quick set indicates problem with the battery.
So you might need to change your battery as both the case indicates about your battery.
Better you get a Genuine battery from the Dell. For more information regarding the battery,
click on the below hyperlink "Battery"
Battery
There is an option to turn off this message but as it said "There is a problem with your battery,
so your computer might shut down suddenly " there are cases where the laptop got shutdown as said in the message when ignored to replace the battery. Once again my advice is to get a
Genuine Dell Battery.
If you want to disable that warning message then install Windows 7 SP1 or later then you can find an option "Warn me if my battery may need replacement". So you can uncheck this check box to remove the warning. But can try to check the battery health status with the third party applications like "battery care" to come to final conclusion.
Good Luck
oh thanks dude.
then i always use the laptop by keeping it in charge coz of that msg.
is there any problem if i use like that?
And i also play games keeping it in charge too any problems???
