Hi Virendra Jasani,
When downgrading from Windows 7 to Windows XP, problems can occur if the hard disk is a SATA disk drive. The Windows XP operating system does not recognize SATA hard drives. A SATA driver needs to be installed manually. There are software available such as NLite that customizes the Windows XP so that it can recognize a SATA disk drive and install on it.
