Hello,



sir i am using windows 7 , my pc suddenly restart ,showing blue screen appears on that it will show that a problem in hardware or software is a problem after 60sec automatically it will starts and shows that ur windows 7 need a solution check it online
even same proble windows 8 its a pc problem or software problem
iam using amd processor anthol ,axus motherboad gigabyte, 2gb ram(new one) hard disk new one
what to do help me sir were urgent

Cant you boot in safe mode ?

When you get the blue screen of death (bsod) you should see some codes beginning with 0x. In order to determine the nature of the issue, these codes are important. What are they ?

Have you made any changes prior to the appearance of the problem ?

You mention Windows 8, why ?
